kinux is an information service for questions about Swiss insurance, built for advisors, brokers and people working in specialist departments. You ask in your own words and receive an answer within seconds that you can work with.
kinux combines insurance knowledge with stored insurer documents. For questions about specific products, kinux names the exact passage in the original document so you can verify it. It answers general insurance questions directly and clearly.
Then kinux says so openly. You do not get a guessed answer just because you asked a question.
kinux answers questions across several insurers and knows the documents of many Swiss providers. The collection keeps growing. We deliberately do not promise that every provider and every document is included.
The content is continuously expanded and updated. The insurer’s original document remains authoritative.
Pricing and trial
You try kinux free for 7 days. After that, the Essential plan costs CHF 39 per month, cancel monthly, with generous usage limits. Further plans may follow. For companies and teams, Enterprise is available on request.
Yes, generous ones. The limits are set so that you do not notice them in everyday advisory work, and we adjust them as needed. If you ever hit one anyway, just get in touch and we will find a solution together.
No. The trial runs for 7 days without adding a payment method and then ends automatically. There is no automatic charge; you actively decide whether to continue.
Yes. Essential can be cancelled monthly. You handle the cancellation yourself in your account, without going through support.
Data and security
Hosting runs in Switzerland on Microsoft Azure, with the database in the Zurich cloud region. Individual processing steps take place in Switzerland and the EU. Your inputs are never used to train AI models. The details are in the privacy policy.
Your account is password protected. In addition, you can activate two-factor authentication in your account settings.
kinux runs entirely in the browser. Allow the domains app.kinux.ch and www.kinux.ch, plus checkout.stripe.com and billing.stripe.com for subscription payments. JavaScript must be enabled. For the kinux call speech training, the browser also needs microphone access and WebRTC.
Usage
No. kinux is a tool, not legal advice and not insurance advice. The answers are a working basis for you as a professional. The professional review stays with you; the original documents are authoritative.
You register with your email address and sign in via the browser, on desktop and mobile. No installation is needed. If you like, you can add kinux as an app to your home screen.
